Cara helps clients connect with the sacred within and with all. She received her certificates of ordination and pastoral counseling from the Estuary’s School of Healing Arts, and she is trained in both Auric (Chakra and Energy Field) Healing and Kabbalistic Healing.

Enriched by over a decade of education and work in a variety of areas, Cara’s approach with her clients is multi-faceted. Sessions include identifying the divine needs most alive in the client.  These needs are often hidden in our shadowed behaviors and offered as metaphors in our dreams. Through learning the language of needs and dreams, both universal and personal, clients can engage with their shadow, receive the infinite wisdom within, and deepen their relationship to self—the core from which all relationships grow.

Cara’s first memory is a dream, one full of treasure and perspective she continues to unearth. In addition to impromptu intuitive stretching and channeling spiritual guidance through poetry, one of Cara’s favorite therapeutic exercises is dancing—at a rock show, in the kitchen with her children, and in her dreams.
