Regulate with Breath: Breathing Techniques to Stay Calm During Times of Stress with Sarah Silvi

The world demands attention around every corner: breaking news, endless advertisements, social media, work pressures, family responsibilities and more. We are more connected than ever before, and yet our nervous systems are still so primal, handed down to us from our earliest ancestors. Said simply: society is stressed out!

Our breath is one of the most powerful change agents we can recruit to support the healing process. Because the breath is one of the only things humans do both consciously and unconsciously, it is a bridge between our realms (mind, body & spirit) and has been used to promote healing for thousands of years. Breathwork is sustainable, free, and ridiculously powerful.

This class is for you if you’re struggling to manage stress and want to build an alliance with your body. This class is also appropriate for health practitioners looking to expand the toolset they use with clients.

This class will incorporate experiential learning as well as traditional classroom dialogue. Participants will leave with resources in hand & a better understanding of how to attune to the language of their body.

Where I End and You Begin: Boundary Basics with Susan Beyler

Boundaries are where one thing ends and another begins. In the physical world, they’re easy to spot—a fence, a wall, a river. But in human relationships? Not so much.

This class isn’t about how to fix, heal, or enforce boundaries. There are plenty of those out there.

Instead, using my highly refined (and slightly silly) stick-figure drawing skills, we’ll explore the invisible infrastructure of a boundary. We’ll break down its core components and examine how they shift and move.

And yes, it will be fun.

Then, we’ll take it a step further and diagram what it actually looks like to get unstuck and move forward—with lines, arrows, and maybe a few stick-figure epiphanies.

    Cool, right?

Hope Is Aware Of Despair: A Tarot Perspective On The Now with Marshall Fletcher

Although modern life bombards us with tiny fragments of rage, hate, and division, you are trying to rise above that despair. If it wasn’t true, you wouldn’t be reading this!

In this class, we will use the magical art of the tarot to find a sense of peace and hope, not by ignoring these famously unprecedented times, but by transmuting them.

Learn how the wisdom of the tarot teaches stamina in the face of chaos and find hope for the future. Bring a notebook and pen if you prefer, or paper and pens will be provided. No previous tarot experience necessary.

Introduction to Flower Essences with Jodi Alderson

Did you ever wonder if we are given everything we need to heal ourselves?

Dr. Edward Bach (1936) discovered that flower essences are a system of healing our fears, worries and anxieties, which tend to open the path to illness. Herbs and flowers have been Divinely provided to us to take away these stressors.

This beginner-friendly class offers a simple introduction to the world of flower essences, and how they support emotional balance and inner growth.

We will also touch on which flower essences work well to balance each chakra.

You will learn how to use them in your everyday life. No experience necessary – just a desire to feel more grounded, clear and connected.

Once we start healing ourselves, we can start living our best life!

Jodi offers individual flower essence consultations – check out www.thelumenroot.com
