General Health Coaching

Work with our health coach, Danielle Gilbert, to to establish a plan that works toward healing from the inside out through changes in food and lifestyle habits. Small, meaningful steps are taken toward lasting change. We look at the four pillars of health: good nutrition, movement, restful sleep, and stress management.  Any health issues you may be experiencing will be discussed and the root cause behind it will be explored. We teach you to listen to and tune into your body.  Your own body will become your guide. The ultimate goal is finding a place of balance in the body where you have sustained energy, level moods, good digestion, restful sleep and in general you feel really good. 

Holistic Autoimmune Coaching

Work with our Certified Holistic Autoimmune Coach, Carissa Peck, whose approach is grounded in the belief that healing begins with self awareness, emotional support, and mindset tools that help you feel seen, save, and empowered. Learn to release self-blame and foster grace toward yourself, accept your diagnosis without losing your sense of self, reconnect with your inner strength and values, and shift limiting beliefs to create a more supportive mindset.
